We want you to love your sunglasses. Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we are happy to offer you an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

•          Refunds are only guaranteed if the product is returned in the same condition it was delivered in — unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, case, and accessories included.

•          Every pair of sunglasses is hand-inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if you notice any issues.

•          Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
